Before you book.
Is this a sales call?
No. The 30 minutes is the audit work itself: drawing your operations map and surfacing the leak. If at the end we don't think a retainer is the right fit, we say so. The $100 still paid for the diagnostic.
Why is it non-refundable?
The audit is real work delivered on a 48-hour SLA. The fee covers that work. If you engage with the retainer afterward, the $100 (or $50) credits dollar-for-dollar against your first month's floor, effectively making the audit free in that case.
What if my business doesn't fit the model?
The audit will surface that. We work with residential trades businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, autoshop, roofing, garage doors) doing $500K to $5M in annual revenue with meaningful inbound call volume. If you fall outside the fit, the audit still produces an operations map and named leak. You walk away with usable diagnostic work.
What's the difference between $100 and $50?
Same work. The $50 price trades attribution for cost: you grant us named results, before/after publication rights, logo use and a reference call if a retainer follows. A named case study is worth more than $50 to us, so we discount the audit for it.
